Subprocessor List

DRAFT v1.0 — pending counsel review. This page lists the third-party subprocessors used by the JULOAI ERP platform. We will update this list and give reasonable advance notice of material changes, per our DPA.

Notes

  • "Data categories" describes what may transit each subprocessor in ordinary operation; actual transfers depend on which Service features your organization uses.
  • AI/OCR providers (rows 3 and 4) receive data only when a member of your organization explicitly enables AI/OCR features and scans or uploads a document.
  • Stripe (row 5) is listed for future billing and becomes active when your organization starts a paid plan.

Notification of changes

We will give reasonable advance notice on this page (and, for customers on a written order form, by email) before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Personal Data in a materially different way.
