Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the JULOAI ERP Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree not to — and not to allow any third party to — engage in any of the conduct below.
1. Legal compliance
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law (including export controls, sanctions, consumer protection, anti-spam, and tax law).
- Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism.
- Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
2. Security
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to defeat or circumvent authentication, authorisation, quotas, or usage limits.
- Access another tenant's data without authorization.
- Introduce malware, viruses, logic bombs, or similar harmful code.
3. Abuse
- Send unsolicited commercial email or other prohibited electronic messages, in violation of CASL, CAN-SPAM, or similar law.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or stalk any person.
- Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, violent, or that exploits minors.
4. Sensitive data restrictions
Except where expressly supported, you must not submit special categories of data (for example, payment card numbers for cardholder storage, government identifiers without lawful basis, biometrics, children's data under 16) to the Service. If your use case requires such data, contact us in advance so we can evaluate whether and how the Service can accommodate it.
5. Performance and reliability
- Do not use the Service to benchmark, load-test, or stress-test our infrastructure without our prior written consent.
- Do not attempt to scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract data except through the documented export features or API rate limits.
6. Resale and white-labelling
You may use the Service within your organization and for services you provide to your own customers. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service itself without a separate written agreement with us.
7. Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, notify law enforcement, and pursue any other remedies available to us. For material violations we may act without prior notice to mitigate harm.
8. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Report security
vulnerabilities responsibly to [email protected].
9. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material updates will be notified as set out in the Terms of Service.
