Cookie Policy
DRAFT v1.1 — pending counsel review.
This Cookie Policy explains how JULOAI ERP uses cookies and similar
technologies on juloai.com and erp.juloai.com.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a
website. Related technologies include localStorage and similar
client-side storage. This Policy covers all of them.
2. What we use today
We currently set only strictly necessary cookies and client-side storage — the ones required to operate the Service and keep you logged in. Optional visitor statistics on the public marketing site use our self-hosted Umami instance only after you choose to allow them. Umami does not set tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
| ---- | ------- | -------- |
| better-auth.session_token | Keeps you signed in to the app | Session + rolling refresh |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your preferred language (en/zh) | 1 year |
| juloai.sidebar.collapsed | Remembers sidebar state | 1 year |
| consent | Records that you acknowledged the notice | 30 days |
| analytics-consent | Records your allow/decline choice for visitor statistics | 180 days |
| juloai.listCols.* | Remembers your per-list visible-columns choice | 1 year |
3. What we do not use
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No session recordings or advertising-analytics SDKs.
- No third-party chat tools.
Optional visitor statistics
On juloai.com, allowing visitor statistics loads a tracker from
umami.juloai.com. It measures page visits and selected feature clicks
with browser, device and approximate location information. We exclude
URL query strings and fragments and do not send form contents, account
names, email addresses, or financial documents to this tracker.
The tracker respects the browser Do Not Track setting. Choosing Necessary only, or dismissing the choice, leaves it unloaded. You can reopen Visitor statistics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop the running tracker. This choice is separate from cookies needed for sign-in and preferences.
4. How to control cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will prevent the Service from functioning — you will be signed out and preferences will reset.
5. Changes
If we add any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page and ask for consent before setting it.
